"Aquagym toning: All levels. Rhythmic session to firm up and strengthen the whole body: abs, buttocks, thighs, waist, arms. The exercises are done with and without equipment: dumbbells, boxing gloves, resistance boots, chips. Aquagym circuit training: All levels. Session organised around four workshops for a complete muscular workout of the whole body and cardio respiratory work adapted to your level. The workshops can be the following: aquabike, aquajogger, flippers, dumbbells, boxing gloves, resistance boots and trampoline.Duration of the session: 50 mn + 30mn access to the sensory universe
The session (12 people maximum) is supervised by a coach (BEESAN).
You get 30 minutes access to the Sensory World: before the 7pm class - after the 9am and 2pm classes
AQUABIKE AND AQUAJOGGER COACHING. Aquabike is an essential activity to combat cellulite, orange peel effect and water retention. Aquabike helps to refine the figure in a localised manner, particularly in the thighs, buttocks and quadriceps.
The Aquajogger is an aquatic treadmill, very effective for specific work on the buttocks and thighs. It is an effort in weightlessness. It is an ideal tool for fitness and reathletisation without trauma. It is a powerful anti-cellulite for the silhouette. Duration of the session: 40 minutes + 30 minutes of access to the sensory world.the session (4 people maximum) is supervised by a coach (BEESAN).the courses take place every afternoon of the week except Saturday. (3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm)
