The Rivera butcher's shop is open all year round with opening hours that vary according to the season. It offers first choice meat. He himself makes the famous Medoc speciality: the Medoc Attic to be enjoyed hot or cold.

When the weather is fine, the rotisserie is out and running all morning with good farm chickens, which you can enjoy at lunchtime with your family, or simply take away for a good picnic. Every morning in July/August Philippe brings out the tripod and the big paella pan with live preparation; a real treat!

From mid-June to mid-September, you can find the Rivera Butcher's truck on the Maubuisson market on Wednesday mornings, on the Carcans-Ocean market on Monday mornings and at 117 bld du lac in Maubuisson on Monday mornings and Saturday afternoons.
Throughout the year Philippe is present on the markets of Saumos, St Helene and Castelnau de Médoc. And every Friday morning you can find his truck on the car park of the Gaïté in Lacanau Ville
