Welcome to Frankton CrossFit Lacanau in Lacanau-Ville, an 860 m² space dedicated to performance and well-being. Our gym is divided into three distinct zones to meet all your training needs:

- Group classes: Take part in dynamic, motivating sessions supervised by our qualified coaches. Each session is designed to maximise your performance while guaranteeing quality coaching.

- Sled track for Hyrox-type classes: This track is ideal for high-intensity and functional training. Hyrox classes will help you develop your endurance and strength.

- Free training zone: A fully equipped area where you can follow your own training programme at your own pace.

In addition to the sports facilities, we have a beach-style bar and relaxation area, offering a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect place to meet up before or after training, chat with other members and enjoy a refreshing drink.
