Le sentier de la Berle : un sentier naturellement fun !

Take the whole family on a discovery of the hidden treasures of the flora and fauna of Lacanau's undergrowth and marshes! The Berle trail, accessible all year round, is a fun and easy nature trail. Want to breathe in the fresh air and follow the trail of otters, wild boar and other wild animals? This 2.5km trail, dotted with wooden platforms and pontoons overlooking the marshes, offers 360° views to admire the natural wealth of Lacanau lake. The trail comprises a loop, a forest path and a platform on the edge of the lake. To start your adventure, it's easy: put on your trainers or boots (in winter), and head for rue du Bourg-Sud, in Lacanau ville. An explanatory sign welcomes you at the entrance, and ‘observation stops’ guide you along the way. Want to find out more?
