In the charming little town of Carcans, you'll find restaurants, a bakery, a tobacconist's, a butcher's, a supermarket and even a café-theatre.
The ocean is 12 km away and Lac d'Hourtin 7 km. The lake and ocean, as well as numerous walks, are accessible by cycle paths.
We have 4 to 6 adult bikes and a table tennis table at your disposal.

As the house is located in the village, noise pollution is not accepted. Out of respect for the neighbours, no outside music is allowed.

The house comprises on the ground floor: a large, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge/living room, a study, 2 bedrooms, a utility room, a bathroom and separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom plus a shower room and separate WC.
The house has 5 double beds (160cm) and 4 single beds.
Fully equipped with dishwasher, large BBQ, plancha, washing machine, complete equipment for 2 babies, WIFI, televisions, computer...

Terrace with lounge and deckchairs, opening onto a large garden.
Swimming pool with alarm and electric security shutter.
Wallbox available type T2 (4 to 11kw), fixed price per week 50 euros.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival 4pm / Departure 11am
Cleaning charge 150 euros.
