The house was completely renovated in 2021 by an interior designer and has a large fitted kitchen, a large plancha on the terrace, a living room with 4G stick, a dining area, a bathroom, two WCs, three bedrooms and a terrace.
It is located in a green setting in the Domaine du Golf in LACANAU and is mainly rented to families.
In summer (July/August), bed linen is included in the price and beds are made on arrival.
Outside this period, it is possible to rent the house with the beds made. July/August: Arrival (5 pm) and departure (10 am) only on Saturdays.
Independent arrival and departure possible.
Depending on the length of stay and season, a cleaning fee is charged (from 60 € to 120 €).
Rental for 6 people. Parties are not permitted.
Free parking on the premises. Children's playground, boules court, city stadium, beach volleyball freely accessible all year round. Heated pool from June to September.
