"300m from the ocean, on the edge of the forest, this villa can comfortably accommodate a family or several and up to 10 people, thanks to its interior layout (5 independent bedrooms) and its construction on 2 levels.

Between the ocean (300 m) and Lake Maubuisson (3 km), the villa is built in a small, quiet, wooded and secure housing estate. The heart of Carcans Plage is 300m away with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, surf clubs and food shops. You can get fresh bread in the morning on foot or by bike and enjoy the market every Monday morning. This is one of the few villas that has a direct view of the forest from a large, partially covered terrace.

The ground floor offers a very large room with living room, lounge and kitchen (dining table for 8 people), 2 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower and two washbasins. Separate toilet with hand wash basin.
The living room, equipped with 2 large French windows, communicates on the same level with a large terrace protected from the sea wind and partly covered, which allows you to have your meals there in summer (table of modular size for up to 10 people). The terrace communicates with the garden where children can play freely.

On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 other bedrooms with single beds. The good sized bathroom has 2 sinks and a shower. There is a separate toilet with hand basin.
There is also an outside shower protected from view.
Many books, comics, games (lego, kapla, board games, small cars...) are available for the children.
The garden also offers a nice play area.

From the villa, you can reach the beach on foot or in 2 minutes by bike. The cycle path that follows the coast from the mouth of the Gironde to Biarritz passes 150m from the chalet.
You can go swimming at the Maubuisson lake or go to the resort of Lacanau, always very lively, in 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike through the forest.

No smoking. No parties or evening entertainment.
Arrival time between 17:00 and 19:00 and departure before 10:00
Cleaning fee: 150 euros

A deposit of 50% of the total rental price must be paid (by bank transfer or cheque).
