Information marked with an asterisk is compulsory in order to send the request. This information is purely declarative and the User is solely responsible for the quality of its input. In other words, no verification is carried out by Médoc Atlantique. Furthermore, the data collected by Médoc Atlantique during the User’s browsing is used to improve the User’s experience and, more specifically, to process the creation of accounts, data entry, the smooth running of the site, the production of statistics, the sending of newsletters and non-nominative profiling. It is possible to deactivate cookies by following the instructions provided by your browser, but this may slow down or limit your experience on the site.
Users’ data will be kept confidential by Médoc Atlantique and will be processed exclusively by Médoc Atlantique and its partners in the case of contact made via the service provider form.

3. Competition rules
The winner, selected at random, will be contacted via private message (PM) by Médoc Atlantique Tourisme.
The winner’s name will also be announced in a comment under the competition post.
Draws are carried out using Iconosquare for Instagram and Comment Picker for Facebook.
The winner will be informed of the steps to follow to claim their prize and will receive it by email.
The winner may not substitute for a third party. Winners may be asked to provide proof of their identity, place of residence and majority, and, in the case of minors and those unable to attend school, authorisation from their legal representative.
The Office de Tourisme Médoc Atlantique may not be held responsible if, as a result of force majeure, an act of God or an event beyond its control, this game has to be cancelled, shortened or modified, without prior notice or explanation. Nor shall it be liable for any compensation whatsoever. However, it reserves the right to extend the participation period and to postpone any announced date, without having to justify its decision or respect any notice period or be liable to pay any compensation.
Under no circumstances will the organisers be held responsible if, due to force majeure or beyond their control, the Office de Tourisme Médoc Atlantique is forced to suspend the said game. No requests concerning the game or the interpretation of these rules will be answered.
The organisers of this competition are sovereign with regard to the interpretation and application of these rules, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances during the course of the competition, as well as to the settlement of any dispute.
Furthermore, the Office de Tourisme Médoc Atlantique may not under any circumstances be held responsible for any technical problems that may arise either when connecting to the game or during the game. Neither can it be held responsible for any errors relating to the surname/first name/address/e-mail address/telephone number of those who have taken part in this game. No compensation may be claimed by candidates.

In order to guarantee a level of security appropriate to its users, Médoc Atlantique makes every effort to protect the security of the data processed. For example, the site is hosted on servers based in France by Thuria and no data is transferred outside the European Union. Data is kept confidential and in accordance with the declarations made to the CNIL.
The RGPD, General Regulation for Data Protection, implies the user’s consent to the personal data he/she transmits via the form. The data will be used in the context of the request indicated on the form. No other use will be made of this information.
